PLEASE NOTE: All fees for service are subject to change. Fees are expected to be paid prior or at the time of service unless otherwise contracted on a case by case basis.

SESSION FEES:

If you have insurance you will be seen at my clinic office. If you do not have insurance or insurance that covers mental health your case will be seen at the FACES office.

» Fees at the FACES office

1. Individual counseling :: $80
   This is based on a face to face contact session for 45 minutes. There are additional fees if the session is longer than 45 minutes or out of session services are requested by the client or are deemed necessary for the welfare or mental health of the client. Examples of such services are: Reading of additional materials, viewing or listening to materials submitted by the client, extensive phone calls/emails requiring the exchange of dialogue more than scheduling or canceling an appointment. 
2. First Non-Counseling session :: $150
   This is the initial contact session. A court order may or may not be required for this session to be scheduled.  
3. Non-Counseling sessions :: $100
   Subsequent sessions after the initial contact session. There are additional fees if the session is longer than 45 minutes or out of session services are requested by the client or are deemed necessary for management of the case. Examples of such services are: Reading of additional materials, viewing or listening to materials submitted by the client, extensive phone calls/emails requiring the exchange of dialogue more than scheduling or canceling an appointment. 
4. Mediation sessions :: $100
   The fee is based on a face to face contact session for 45 minutes. The fee includes a written summary from the session. There is an additional fee at the end of the mediation if a report is requested.

$100 per hour for reading, research, documentation, phone calls, emails, other
$200 per hour for meetings with professionals related to the case

» Court

» Bonding Assessments
$500 includes the observation and the written report. The report fee is to be paid in full prior to the release of the report. The report will not be released until the fee is paid in full.

These are general guidelines for letters and reports subject to change related to the case.

½ page: $50
Full page: $100
Fax and mail: add extra $25.00
After 1st page additional $25 per ½ page

» Letter requesting recommendation
½ page: $100
Full page: $150
Fax and mail: add extra $25.00
After 1st page additional $50.00 per ½ page

» Letter requesting information in dispute
½ page: $150
Full page: $200

REPORT COST:

Costs are determined on a case by case basis. Reports will be released once all fees are paid in full. If the report is disputed and court testimony is needed, there are additional costs.
