SESSION FEES:
If you have insurance you will be seen at my clinic office. If you do not have insurance or insurance that covers mental health your case will be seen at the FACES office.

- Individual counseling :: $80
This is based on a face to face contact session for 45 minutes. There are additional fees if the session is longer than 45 minutes or out of session services are requested by the client or are deemed necessary for the welfare or mental health of the client. Examples of such services are: Reading of additional materials, viewing or listening to materials submitted by the client, extensive phone calls/emails requiring the exchange of dialogue more than scheduling or canceling an appointment. - First evaluation session :: $150
This is the initial contact session after the receipt of the court order. - Evaluation sessions :: $100
Subsequent evaluation sessions after the initial contact session. There are additional fees if the session is longer than 45 minutes or out of session services are requested by the client or are deemed necessary for evaluation of the case. Examples of such services are: Reading of additional materials, viewing or listening to materials submitted by the client, extensive phone calls/emails requiring the exchange of dialogue more than scheduling or canceling an appointment. - Mediation sessions :: $100
The fee is based on a face to face contact session for 45 minutes. The fee includes a written summary from the session. There is an additional fee at the end of the mediation if a report is requested.

$700 for up to 3 hours of testimony and preparation
Travel distance is additional and is $100 per hour

» Bonding Assessments
$500 includes the observation and the written report. The report fee is to be paid in full prior to the release of the report. The report will not be released until the fee is paid in full.

These are general guidelines for letters and reports subject to change related to the case.

REPORT COST:
The Evaluation report fee is $700.00 and is to be shared between the parties. The report will be released once the fees are paid in full. If the evaluation is disputed and court testimony is needed there is additional costs.
The Mediation report fee is $500.00 and is to be shared between the parties. If the report is longer than 5 pages there is an additional cost to be determined on a case by case basis. The report will be released once the fees are paid in full.
