Where are you located?
After 18 years at my present location, the office of FACES, INC and Theresa K. Cooke has moved! Please make a note of the change of location. My new address is: 5524 S. Saginaw Street, Flint, MI 48507
My new location is across from the Grand Blanc Township offices. The phone number and email address to the office will remain the same.
What are your business hours?
8am to 6pm
Monday through Friday
How can I contact you by phone?
You may call me and leave a voice mail at 810-695-9558. If your call is a non-emergency please call between the hours of 7am and 11pm, 7 days per week. Please leave your name and number and the nature of your call. If your call is an emergency indicate that this is an emergency in your message

How quickly will you return my call?
Depending on the time of the day you leave a message your call will usually be returned within the hour and no later than 24 hours. All calls are directed to my voice mail. If your call is an emergency, please leave a message and indicate your name, number, and the nature of your call and that your call is an emergency and I will make every effort to call you back ASAP. If you are unable to wait for my return call or email please proceed to the nearest emergency room for immediate assistance.
What insurances do you accept?
Most all major insurances are accepted for counseling services.
